Founded in 2016, we began as Bleeding Heart Home Services and soon realized our real passion lies in transforming yards into thriving native habitats. In 2022 we re-branded as Habitat Landscapes, committed fully to native plant ecosystems and unforgettable outdoor spaces.

Our team blends deep horticultural knowledge of native species with practical landscape skills. We’ve helped hundreds of homeowners create low-maintenance yards that bring them joy — and support wildlife — for years to come.
