Why Native Plants?

The choices you make in your yard have an impact on the local ecosystem, and using plants evolved to thrive in Middle Tennessee can make your landscape beautiful and beneficial all year long.

Low Maintenance

Native plants are well-adapted to the local climate and soil conditions, which means they require less water and are able to thrive throughout the year. Investing in a landscape that includes native plants can reduce the amount of time and money you spend on maintaining your yard.

Environmentally Friendly

Your landscape can provide important ecological services, such as supporting local wildlife, reducing soil erosion, improving air and water quality, and providing stability for our food chain. By choosing native plants, you preserve natural biodiversity and the food critical to our survival.
